Introduction

Mobile Therapies is based in Kings Langley. We offer mobile services in the Kings Langley, Watford, Rickmansworth, St Albans and surrounding areas. We offer Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage.

All the holistic (or complementary therapies, as they are also known) help you relax and unwind, as well as aiding many health problems, treating you as a whole person, not just addressing your symptoms. Professionally qualified, I trained at the Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine gaining a Diploma in Holistic Massage. I also completed the Advanced Deep Tissue Massage Foundation course at MSCM.

I am a full member of CThA- Complementary Therapists Association. CThA is a professional body, whose strict code of conduct I abide by, including ongoing training every year. I am also trained to ITEC standards, the International Therapies Education Council, studying Massage and Anatomy & Physiology, gaining a Level 3 qualification in Holistic Massage, so you can be sure you're in safe hands.

I am totally committed to providing a caring, confidential experience to help improve your well-being. Treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home, which means you can completely relax and there is no need for you to travel after your treatment.

Holistic/Complementary therapies work alongside conventional medicine, treating you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. It is as important to know how you are feeling, as well as any physical symptoms, as the mind is very powerful and has been known to be the cause of many physical illnesses.
